Bowlers specilly fast bowlers , should warm up or stretch before their bowling session 2.good technique and practices will help prevent injurys 3.you can restrict the numbers of overs bowled in any one season the actual number should take into account of bowler's physical ability. This is impotant for young cricketers 4.You should wear all the safety equipments while playing. 5.Should wear protective gear during training also. 6.You should take advice for wearing best sports shoes. 7.If you are doing wicket keepering you should wear mouth guard also. 8.while playing a compitition or doing training you should keep a first-aid box with you.
