  •   4.You should wear all the safety equipments while playing.
  •   5.Should wear protective gear during training also.
  •   6.You should take advice for wearing best sports shoes.
  •   7.If you are doing wicket keepering you should wear mouth guard also.
  •   8.while playing a compitition or doing training you should keep a first-aid box with you.
